Ravelle – New Addition to One of Our Favourite Cozy Brunch Spot

Brunch is definitely both of Momon & Simmon’s favourite part of the weekend. We’ve been a big fan strolling around Jakarta just to find new brunch spots. Lately, our friends recommended to try this new brunch place in Kelapa Gading called Ravelle. Located in the midst of housing complex, Ravelle’s green grass exterior definitely stands out and draws attention. Although its not a lengthy post, lets brunch in their menu that we tried last week.

Firstly, lets just talk about how simple yet cozy their design and interior is. When both of us stepped in the first time, we knew this place will have a special spot in our heart. This place is definitely great for those of you who likes slow and easy morning to enjoy your coffee and brunch or even those of you who likes to work remotely. Although they only have 1 floor but their seating plan is not bad at all as there are roughly more than 10-15 ish table (indoor & outdoor) that could definitely accommodate numerous people.

Ice Vanilla Latte

Eventhough its not monday, to start the weekend both Momon and Simmon ordered coffee with their own choices. Simmon ordered Maroccino (Rp. 37K) that consisted of coffee and a hint nutella which is quite bitter maybe for those of you who enjoy unsweetened coffee will enjoy this. On the other hand,  Momon ordered her all time favourite Ice Vanilla Latte (Rp. 35K) which she enjoys a lot and much more preferred compare to the first coffee chosen.

Ravelle Benedict

Moving on to the brunch menu, Momon ordered Ravelle Benedict (Rp. 65K). Lets just appreciate the beauty of the poached egg and them hollandaise sauce.. I mean look at that… I am hereby to proclaim their Eggs Benedict to be one of my faves LOL. Usually when it comes to eggs benedict, Momon will definitely of for salmon / smoked salmon. However, this time their Honey Glazed Bacon definitely stole the her heart on that day. Portion wise, with only one brioche it was just right and not too much. Well we guess we raved a lot about this dish, don’t we?

Grilled Striploin

brunch menu, they also serve quite a range of lunch or all day menu which one of em is picked by Simmon. Simmon chose to go with their Grilled Striploin (Rp. 150K). Meat wise, it was tender and we can definitely try the fresh quality of meat. However, one thing that we are not a big fan of is their mushroom cream sauce which we think is a bit too salty for us.

PS. make sure to take some #ootd cause there are surely lots of pretty instagramable corner in Ravelle. Overall, we totally recommend this for those of you who loves to try out new brunch places esp trying on their brunch menu on a slow weekend morning.  Thank you for reading guys ❤ see you on the next post. Until then, take care!
